Demonstrations are taking place in various cities in the Amhara region, protesting the ban on university students

 

Demonstrations are taking place in various cities in the Amhara region, protesting the abduction of students at the Durbe Dolo University.

The demonstrations demanded that the government provide clear information about the abducted students who were studying at the university, demanding action against the protesters and asserting the rule of law.

Participants denounced the strike as "inhumane and alienated from Ethiopian values."

The demonstrations are taking place in Bahir Dar, Debre Markos, Waldia, Kobe, Shoa Robit, Dure Beta, Dangila, Debre Berhan, Phenote Selam and other cities.
